Post Scheduling your New Patient Exam
After scheduling your complimentary consultation, you’ll receive digital forms via our third party service OrthoFi to complete ahead of your visit. Completing these forms in advance helps us prepare and allows us to verify any dental insurance prior to your appointment so we can provide you with the most accurate coverage estimation.
A Quick Call from Our Treatment Coordinators
Before your appointment, one of our treatment coordinators will give you a quick call to introduce themselves, confirm your main concerns, and review dental insurance information.
The Day of the Exam
When you arrive, you’ll meet our records technician who will take a digital scan of the patient’s mouth, digital photos, and a 3D image called a CBCT. These records allow the doctor to fully evaluate alignment, growth, and airway-related factors.
Review & Recommendations
After the doctor reviews your imaging, you’ll meet with both the doctor and one of our treatment coordinators to go over findings, recommendations, and any questions you may have.
Final Steps
If treatment is recommended, you may choose to sign your contract and make a down payment the same day, or take time to think it over.
If you decide to wait, our treatment coordinators will follow up with you by phone to continue the conversation.
