Cutting-Edge Orthodontic Care
Our office is committed to continued learning and staying at the forefront of orthodontic advancements. Our team prides ourselves on completing extensive continuing education each year to remain aligned with the latest techniques, technology and treatment philosophy.
Drs. Kuhta and Browning actively participate in ongoing research and frequently lecture at local dental offices, sharing education on airway-focused orthodontics and growth-based treatment.
Technology plays an essential role in how we diagnose and treat. Our office is fully digital, utilizing advanced imaging and software systems to support precise, efficient, and comprehensive care.

you've got questions, we've got answers.
Do you treat both kids and adults?
Yes. We provide orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults, with treatment plans tailored to each stage of growth and development.
What makes airway orthodontics different?
Airway orthodontics looks beyond straight teeth. It evaluates jaw development, breathing, tongue posture, and sleep to support whole-body health.
How do I know which treatment my child needs?
A complimentary consultation allows us to evaluate growth, bite, and airway to determine whether treatment is needed now or later.
Do you offer only braces or clear aligners? Do I have to start with expansion?
We do offer braces only, or clear aligners only treatment for teens and adults!
I didn't need an expander, why does my child?
Every child grows and develops differently. While you may not have needed expansion, your child’s jaw size, airway space, and tooth eruption patterns may be very different from yours. Today, we also evaluate more than just crowding. We look at breathing, tongue space, and jaw development. If the upper jaw is narrow or the palate is underdeveloped, an expander can help create room for proper growth, support nasal breathing, and reduce the likelihood of more complex treatment later.
Is it too early for my child to be seen?
In most cases, no. We see patients as early as 3 years old! This does not mean treatment will begin right away. Many children are simply monitored as they grow. Early visits allow us to track jaw development, airway health, and eruption patterns so we can intervene only if and when the timing is right.
I don't want my child's adenoids or tonsils removed, what do i do
That concern is very common among parents. If enlarged adenoids or tonsils are affecting breathing, sleep, or airway development, timing becomes extremely important. There are windows of growth where guiding the jaws and supporting the airway can make a meaningful difference. Orthodontic treatment, such as expansion, may help create space and improve nasal breathing, sometimes reducing airway strain while you explore all options.
Our role is not to rush surgical decisions, but to evaluate how jaw growth, airway space, and breathing patterns are developing right now. By addressing structural concerns early, we can often support better function during critical growth years. When timing is optimized, it allows families to make more informed decisions, with a clearer understanding of how development, airway health, and long-term outcomes are connected.
